As you might have expected, our services, legal advice and representation are not for free — in fact, we are legally bound to charge you appropriate fees, even though according to the German Code of Civil Procedure in some cases we might be able to recover such cost from your opponent. We will talk you through that and the fees and costs to be expected from a mandate or a legal action at the beginning of a mandate (here you find some first general information thereon). Also, you will have to agree to our terms and conditions. It is our policy to provide you with an estimate of potential fees end expenditures wherever possible, and at any time, during our handling of a matter.
